What does a physiotherapist do?
A physiotherapist helps you move better, recover from injuries, and manage pain. We use a mix of hands-on treatments, exercise plans, and recovery techniques, all tailored to you. Our goal is to help you get back to doing the things you love.
Do I need a referral from my GP to see a physiotherapist?
No referral is needed — you can book straight in with us. If you’re using private health insurance, your provider may ask you to go through them first, so it’s best to double-check with them.
How long is each session?
The length of a session is dependent on what treatment you require. Typically, sessions vary between 30 and 45 minutes, giving us plenty of time to focus on you and your recovery.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Comfort is key. Gym clothes, shorts, or sweatpants are ideal so you can move freely during treatment.
Do you offer home visits or online physiotherapy?
We don’t currently provide home visits, but we do offer online physiotherapy sessions for those who prefer or require remote support. While online appointments can be very effective, the best way to receive treatment and achieve a faster recovery is through face-to-face sessions in our clinic. This way you’ll have access to the best equipment and facilities for your recovery.
How soon can I book an appointment?
Bookings can be made as early as 24 hours. We’ll always do our best to see you quickly. Alternatively, you can get in touch via email (admin@moveezyphysiotherapy.co.uk) and we will be happy to talk about when is best suited for you.

How much does a session cost?
At Move Ezy, in your first 45 minutes with us, you are welcomed with a complimentary initial assessment as well as initial treatment which is priced at £69. If you are an active member of Sandwell’s Gym, this is available at a reduced rate of £49. The cost of any ongoing treatment will be discussed and confirmed after your consultation, once we have created a personalised treatment plan for you.
Do you accept private health insurance?
We are not able to process private health insurance directly. However, many insurers allow you to claim back the cost of your physiotherapy once you have paid. Please check with your provider before booking to confirm their policy.
Can I pay on the day, or do I need to pay in advance?
All appointments and treatments need to be paid for in advance. For follow-up sessions, we’ll explain payment options clearly so you know what to expect.
Do you offer treatment packages?
Yes — treatment packages are available, tailored to your needs. We’ll talk these through with you after your consultation.
