2. Services

We provide in-person and online physiotherapy services only. Treatment may include physical contact, manual therapy, and prescribed exercise. By booking a session, you consent to reasonable and professional physical contact as part of your treatment. Physiotherapy treatment may cause temporary discomfort, muscle soreness, or fatigue. Some treatments may cause temporary bruising and/or marks on the body. This is a normal response to therapy. All treatments provided by our physiotherapists are tailored to each patient’s individual health needs. The type of treatment you receive will depend on your medical history, current health conditions, and overall suitability. For safety reasons, certain treatments may not be appropriate for individuals with specific conditions, and in these cases our physiotherapists will recommend alternative approaches that are safe and effective for you.

3. Payments

The initial consultation and treatment session must be paid for at the time of booking. Any further sessions must be paid in advance following your initial appointment. If you purchase a block of sessions:

- Unused sessions may be banked for future use or transferred to another individual.
- No cash refunds will be provided for unused sessions.

All appointments booked through Cliniko must be secured with payment. If payment is not received for any scheduled appointment, the booking will be treated as unconfirmed and may be cancelled without notice. Unpaid appointments will be removed from the schedule, and the time slot will be made available for other clients to book. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure payment is completed promptly to confirm their appointment.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
